Teams are where your media and projects are kept. You can invite users to be part of your team so that they have instant access to projects and media. Teams can be free on the Starter plan or upgraded to unlock more functionality, storage, and editor seats.

A project is where you and collaborators edit a video. It contains your media, a timeline, editing tools, effects, and more.

Every elevate.io users can have one free team and as many paid teams as they need.

Yes, you can have your own free team while also being part of someone else's paid team.

Once you reach your storage limit, you can upgrade your team to a paid subscription. Paid teams can purchase additional storage add-ons when needed or upgrade to a higher tier plan with more included storage.

No, elevate.io never adds a watermark to your videos. On the free Starter Plan, there is an elevate.io branding end screen added to the very end of your exports.

A full team member with editing privileges has complete access to all the media and projects within the team. A project-only editor only has access to the project they were invited to. Both count as a seat.

Exports are unlimited on any paid plan subject to our fair usage (see our Terms & Conditions at https://elevate.io/legal) and limited to 3 exports per month on the Starter plan.

Your plan's storage limits can be found in your team's Admin section in elevate.io. With a paid plan, you can easily purchase additional storage add-ons. If Autoscale is enabled (see Autoscale option under Team settings), your storage automatically upgrades to the next storage band once you exceed your limit, ensuring uninterrupted media uploads. You can disable Autoscale at any time if you prefer to manage your storage manually.

All pricing is inclusive of any relevant taxes such as regional sales taxes or VAT. These items will be explicitly shown on the purchase invoice.

Seat billing is prorated. You only pay for the portion of the billing month during which a new seat is active - from the moment you add it until the end of your next billing date, or until the seat is removed.

You can cancel a subscription easily in the Admin section of the Settings panel. You'll still have access to all paid benefits until the end of the prepaid date.

Your media will remain untouched and will only be deleted upon request via our support team. If you choose to resubscribe in the future, your media will still be available.

Tokens are the currency you use to use premium tools like AI generators.

Every elevate.io account comes with 100 introductory tokens for free. These introductory tokens will last until you use them. Subscribe to the Creator plan to get 100 complimentary tokens each month. These complimentary tokens expire if you don’t use them in that month.

Paid subscribers can purchase more tokens easily in the editor or in your Team’s settings panel. Purchased tokens last until you use them.

Other members in your project or team can also purchase tokens by default. Disable this in your Team settings if you want members to request instead.

Token cost depends on the generator and the size of what you’re generating. AI image generation will cost more than AI text to speech in most cases.
